This was the main beach on a warm July evening in 2006 when Lyme Regis was celebrating its annual Life Boat week.
This new sandy beach had only recently been re-opened a few weeks previously, following extensive re-construction work as part of a coastal protection scheme, which can be seen taking place here. |
